Some small scale industrial zones, Tuyap, Beko Factory, Kaya Ramada Hotel, Kaya Millennium Business Center and various shopping centers are all situated in this section. Retail facilities dominate the E-5 Road and Gurpinar Road which is the road connecting the sea side areas with Tuyap crossroads.
